Meet Sweet Minks! Minks was just a baby when she was surrendered to us after her owners could no longer care for her. She went to foster, and has been working on gaining confidence. Minks's foster family tells us that she was very nervous initially and is still working on gaining confidence around people. She LOVES her food though, so the adoptions team can give you some suggestions for how to use snacks to help Minks gain confidence. Minks' new humans should anticipate a transition period as she gains confidence in her new home, but our adoption team can help give you some tips for success. Like any rabbit, Minks will appreciate a spacious pen, with free roam time each day, and lots of fresh hay, green veggies, and chew toys. Minks has lived with rabbits in the past, and given her timid nature, she may appreciate a bunny friend. Adopters should be aware that bunny pairs need lots of space to live together successfully.
