Meet Bean, a resilient and lovable guinea pig ready to find his forever home! Sadly, Bean came to the shelter having been abandoned at just 4 months old and was worryingly thin but he still was social and purring when our health team first examined him - we knew right away that this little Bean was a fighter. We sent him to foster with one of our incredible, experienced guinea pig fosters and she, along with our amazing health team, have nurtured him back to health and now he is back at the shelter and looking to find his furever home.

Bean's diet includes high-quality guinea pig pellets, fresh hay, and a variety of vegetables like bell peppers and leafy greens. His cage setup should include soft fleece blankets to protect his sensitive feet and provide extra comfort. Bean loves enrichment activities such as tunnels, hideouts, and chew toys to keep him entertained and active.
