Meet the sweet senior whose foster family have described him as energetic, snuggly, dorky and a "dream dog" people pleaser! Max can take time to warm up to new people, and feels safer with adults who can greet him calmly and respect his space. Once he trusts you and feels safe he is happy to cuddle, show off his epic wiggle bum, take you on hikes, and make your friends his friends! Maximus has previously struggled with being left alone, so he's looking for a home that can help him work on that. For now, full work-day absences are too long for Max! Max has demonstrated stress and discomfort around other animals, so he will best thrive as the only pet in his home. He's still sure to bring more than enough love, with his goofy grin, snuggles and love of tug of war! While it may take Max some time to adjust, our behavioural team will be here to support you both.
