All proceeds from your purchases benefit the thousands of animals that come through our shelter annually.
Due to our licensing with the Alberta Veterinary Medical Association, you must first register as a customer in order to see prices, add items to your cart, and check out. Please follow the steps on the homepage of the online store to register.
Orders can be picked up at Calgary Humane Society located at 4455 110th Avenue S.E. during our business hours or your order can be shipped to you via Purolator at your cost. For addresses identified by Purolator as residential, the driver has the authority to automatically leave the shipment without a signature if the location is reasonably determined to be safe and secure. Otherwise a notice of missed delivery will be left. Calgary Humane Society takes no responsibility for stolen shipments.
Only items picked up from Calgary Humane Society that are in their original condition and unopened can be returned within five days of purchase for a refund, exchange or store credit. Items requiring refrigeration are non-returnable. Items shipped to your home are non-returnable unless the shipped item was incorrect or defective. If you are unsure about an item, we recommend you select the pick-up option and view your item in-person to determine if the item will work for you and your pet.
