Chesapeake is a very shy cat that would love a quiet home to call his own. Being in the shelter is very stressful for this fluffy little guy, and he needs new people to go slow with him to gain his trust. Behind that shy exterior however is a fun and loving cat just waiting for the right family to help him shine! This is especially true with treats involved, a little churu goes a long way to helping this guy out of his comfort zone. With familiar people, Chesapeake likes to chirp, meow, and butt his head on yours for pets. With his extra fluffy fur, it will be important to desensitize him to brushing to help prevent matts or tangles from developing in his fur.
