Louie's foster family tells us that he is very snuggly and loving and will often choose to follow his dog or human companions around. Like any young dog he also has tons of energy. He's a bouncy ball of cuteness who will definitely need regular exercise, training and enrichment to keep him out of trouble. Louie did have a rough start to life and he is still working on his housetraining and confidence outdoors. He'd be an amazing match for a family that has some experience with timid dogs, but also doesn't mind having a puppy "jack-in-the-box" in their life! In previous homes Louie has been a bit much for young kids, so any children in his new home should be older, or have experience with small, height seeking pups!
